Jenifer Kihm, PhD, is an industrial/organizational psychologist specializing in helping organizations optimize business outcomes through good people process and decisions. Through her consulting firm she has worked with organizations such as Comcast, HP, TX Department of Transportation, Yellow Pages and Walmart.

She received an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a PhD from Bowling Green State University.

Jenifer is an avid supporter of the arts and programs that build vibrant communities.
