Ballet I/II


This class is designed for older dancers who are either new to ballet or looking to refine the foundational steps of their training. They begin at the barre and perform a full range of exercises to strengthen the body and increase flexibility all while expanding their ballet vocabulary. In the center of the floor they build upon the barre exercises and learn the how to turn and jump while maintaining their posture.
