Level I-II Beginning Ballet & Pre-Pointe
Around age 8, dancers are ready to move into a more traditional classical ballet class. They begin at the barre and perform a full range of exercises to strengthen the body and increase flexibility all while expanding their ballet vocabulary. In the center of the floor they build upon the barre exercises and learn the how to turn and jump while maintaining their posture. Pre-pointe focuses on preparing a dancer for pointe shoes and pointe technique by strengthening their legs, ankles and feet.
Ballet is from 6:00-7:00 and Pre-pointe is from 7:00-7:30
